Reviews matter more than ever: 97 percent of consumers rely on them when making beauty purchasing decisions, and today’s shoppers spend an average of five to 15 minutes reading reviews before they buy. Customer feedback isn’t just influential anymore; it’s a deciding factor.

To determine this year’s Readers’ Choice Award winners, we surveyed our audience directly, asking them to rate the products and treatments they’ve tried on a scale of one to five stars and share their honest, unfiltered feedback. Only the products earning a majority five-star rating were crowned, alongside standout write-in favorites nominated by our readers, aka YOU.
