Lily Collins Says This Daily Drink Replaced Her Entire Supplement Routine

Lily Collins has officially joined IM8, the wellness brand co-founded by David Beckham, as its newest global ambassador and, notably, a shareholder in parent company Prenetics.

Collins first tried IM8’s Daily Ultimate Essentials ($112) at her physician’s recommendation while filming in England in late 2025. She continued taking it daily for months before partnership talks began. “I felt a difference right away, and within weeks noticed that my energy became steadier through the day,” she says. “It really helps my immune system hold up across back-to-back travel and long production schedules, and has completely replaced the entirety of the supplements I usually take.”

Each sachet packs 90 ingredients into one daily drink the brand says can replace 16 separate supplements. Collins’ appointment also marks a first for IM8: She is the brand’s first ambassador from film and television, joining a roster that includes Beckham himself, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Aryna Sabalenka and Jay Shetty. But IM8 isn’t framing the partnership as a traditional endorsement. “She is a shareholder, not a spokesperson,” says Prenetics and IM8 cofounder and CEO Danny Yeung.

With more than 33 million followers across platforms and, according to the brand, an Instagram engagement rate of approximately 5.9 percent—several times the benchmark for accounts of comparable size—Collins gives the brand a direct line to a multigenerational female audience as it expands beyond its sports-heavy roots. Beckham says her history with the product made the partnership especially meaningful: “Lily’s relationship with IM8 started in the most authentic way, by using it every day. That means a lot to us, and I’m proud to welcome her to the family.”
