Janice Dickinson Reveals Deep Plane Facelift and Brow Lift Results at 71

Just three months after a recent facelift, supermodel Janice Dickinson was featured in an Instagram post by Beverly Hills, CA facial plastic surgeon Harrison Lee, MD. “Our famous supermodel and beautiful Janice Dickinson is currently three months post-op following a major facial rejuvenation,” he captioned it.

The before-and-after photos show the 71-year-old star makeup-free in recovery before transitioning into full glam, with Dr. Lee noting that “absolutely no filters or photo editing were used.”

According to Dr. Lee’s post, Dickinson underwent an endoscopic brow and midface lift, deep plane facelift, dual-plane necklift, subnasal lip lift, extensive fat transfer and full-face CO2 laser resurfacing. An endoscopic brow lift uses tiny hidden incisions and a small camera (an endoscope) to elevate the brow and upper face with less visible scarring than traditional techniques.

A midface lift using the deep plane technique focuses on the cheeks and under-eye area, helping restore lifted contour through the center of the face. The deep plane portion is a popular facelift technique that repositions the deeper facial structure, not just the skin. A dual plane necklift works similarly beneath the chin and along the neck, addressing deeper tissue and muscle laxity for sharper definition.

Dickinson also underwent fat transfer to restore volume, a subnasal lip lift to subtly shorten the space between the nose and upper lip and CO2 laser resurfacing to improve texture, lines and overall skin quality. “She is beyond ecstatic with the results!” Dr. Lee wrote in the post.

The photos reflect the growing demand for facial procedures that address skin quality and volume loss at the same time. The final result preserves Dickinson’s signature features while looking more lifted and refreshed.
