Blac Chyna Details Her Full Cosmetic Surgery Journey

Blac Chyna is continuing to open up about her cosmetic surgery journey, including detailing every procedure she’s undergone over the years as well as the surgeries she’s reversed.

In a recent Instagram video posted to her account, Chyna walked followers through her full cosmetic history, explaining that she previously had silicone butt injections (she emphasized she didn’t get a Brazilian butt lift), multiple breast augmentations, facial fillers in her cheeks, chin and jawline and neurotoxin injections.

Over the years of getting her various breast augmentations, she’s switched up the sizing: “My first set of boobs was 300 CCs,” Chyna said in the video. “I went from 300 to 700 CCs, to 500 to 300, down to 100.” Now, her implants are around 120 CCs. “I think I have 120 CCs now because I was naturally flat-chested,” she said.

However, she also shared that, in addition to downsizing her breast implants over the years, she’s since removed her silicone injections, dissolved her facial fillers and discontinued neurotoxins. “​I removed all of the fillers from out of my cheeks [and] the fillers in my chin and jawline,” Chyna said. ”And I don’t get any Botox, so now you’ll know if I’m mad at you.”

Chyna has spoken openly in the past about why she initially pursued cosmetic enhancements, explaining that insecurities, beauty standards and her years working as an exotic dancer influenced many of those decisions. However, she’s not against cosmetic procedures. Her transparency adds to a growing dialogue about natural aesthetics and reversible cosmetic procedures, helping to reduce stigma.
