How to Recreate Sarah Pidgeon’s Actor Awards Low Knot

With Love Story dominating conversations and beauty routines far and wide, Sarah Pidgeon—who plays style icon Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy in the hit FX series—turned heads at the Actor (née SAG) Awards on Sunday, March 1 with a beauty look worthy of the buzz. Pidgeon wore a strapless pink Balenciaga silk SS26 RTW gown that felt understated and chic, and von Cannon designed the hair to mirror its silhouette: clean and sleek through the top, with all the volume and gathering concentrated low at the nape.

To bring the hairstyle to life, von Cannon relied exclusively on Nexxus products. He started by prepping Pidgeon’s damp hair with Nexxus Medium Hold Mousse ($20) and letting it dry naturally.
