What Miranda Kerr Eats—and What She Absolutely Doesn’t

Miranda Kerr has spent nearly two decades building a reputation as one of Hollywood’s most disciplined wellness devotees, from her KORA Organics skin-care line to her twice-daily meditation practice and weekly sauna-to-ice-bath routine. Perhaps, unsurprisingly, that same discipline extends to her plate.

On a recent episode of Kristin Cavallari’s podcast Let’s Be Honest, Kerr finally got specific about the diet behind the glow—and it’s built less on the usual green-juice-and-kale script than on animal protein, root vegetables and a few surprising exceptions.

No Mass-Produced Meat

Let’s start with breakfast. “I don’t do eggs,” Kerr told Cavallari. Instead, she gets her protein from less conventional meats, including “venison, bison and lamb.” She is also selective about how they are sourced: “I eat all the meats that aren’t mass produced,” she said.

No Eggs, No Dairy, No Wheat

Eggs are not the only staples missing from Kerr’s diet. “Personally, no dairy, no wheat,” she said, which also rules out the sourdough habit many wellness devotees have embraced.

When Cavallari asked whether she eats rice or other carbohydrates, Kerr pointed instead to the vegetables she regularly reaches for. “I really eat a lot of squash,” she said, also naming carrots and parsnips.

Sushi Is Out, Caviar Is In

Then there is sushi, which Kerr avoids completely. “Oh, never,” she said when asked whether she eats it. Her explanation was just one word: “Parasites.” (Fair, if a little unnerving to think about.)

But there is a twist: Caviar gets a full pass. “I do love caviar,” Kerr said, agreeing that it is “a good fat” and good for you.

No Kale, No Spinach

Kale, meanwhile, does not make the cut. She also confirmed that spinach is off the menu, which makes two (!) notable omissions from the celebrity-wellness playbook.

Taken together, her food rules paint a picture that looks nothing like the predictable lineup of egg-white omelets, leafy salads and green smoothies you might expect. And honestly, we appreciate a wellness routine that keeps us guessing.
