Hailey Bieber Just Name-Dropped This Science-Backed Skin-Care Brand as Rhode Inspiration

Celebrity skin-care endorsements are one thing, but it’s far less common to hear a beauty founder openly name the brands that inspire their own line. That’s exactly what Hailey Bieber did during a recent TIME100 interview, when the Rhode founder gave an unexpected shoutout to one particularly science-driven skin-care brand: Plated Skin Science.

While discussing the high price of some skin-care products, Bieber admitted that certain formulas really are worth the splurge.
