While Upneeq’s eye drops require a prescription, the Reveal Under Eye Complex—its first nonpharmaceutical offering from parent company RVL Pharmaceuticals—does not. Its active ingredients include a five percent stabilized vitamin C to help even tone, along with firming peptides, depuffing caffeine, energizing creatine and soothing green tea to refresh tired-looking eyes. Together, the blend targets some of the most common under-eye concerns—discoloration, puffiness and loss of firmness—in a single step.

The silky-soft, fragrance-free formula also uses soft-focus blurring agents that help diffuse the look of fine lines and brighten the under-eye area upon application.
