Another K-beauty heavyweight is officially entering the U.S. mainstream. Starting today, March 16, Korean derma-cosmetic brand Rejuran will roll out in approximately 380 Sephora stores nationwide, bringing its science-driven formulas and one of K-beauty’s most buzzed-about regenerative ingredients to a much wider American audience.
If the name sounds familiar, that’s because Rejuran has already built a devoted following among dermatologists and aesthetic clinics globally. The brand is best known for pioneering the use of c-PDRN, a skin-repairing ingredient derived from salmon DNA designed to support cellular renewal and help strengthen the skin barrier over time. It has a long history in regenerative medicine and aesthetic treatments, where it’s used to promote healing and improve skin quality.
In Korea, PDRN-based treatments are widely associated with the coveted “glass skin” effect—skin that looks exceptionally smooth, hydrated and luminous. Rejuran translated that same concept into topical skin care, formulating products designed to encourage the skin’s natural repair processes while addressing common concerns like dullness, fine lines and dehydration.
Now, the brand’s cult-favorite formulas are becoming easier for U.S. shoppers to access. Leading the lineup is the Turnover Ampoule ($52), a concentrated anti-aging treatment formulated with 0.5 percent c-PDRN. The lightweight serum targets multiple concerns at once, helping to visibly firm skin, smooth fine lines and improve overall tone and texture.
Another standout in the collection is the Dual Effect Ampoule ($55), an intensive treatment that pairs c-PDRN with Ceramide NP. The combination works to reinforce the skin barrier while refining rough texture and uneven tone. Over time, the formula helps restore a smoother, brighter and more balanced complexion, making it an appealing option for anyone looking to add a barrier-supporting step to their routine.
For those who prefer a richer moisturizer, the Nutritive Cream ($54) offers a deeply nourishing option powered by both DNA PDRN and c-PDRN. The cream is designed to support collagen synthesis and skin regeneration while helping reduce dryness and dullness.
The brand is also introducing the Turnover Mask ($23), a microfiber sheet mask saturated with c-PDRN. The formula helps calm stressed skin and restore the barrier, making it a quick reset for skin that’s feeling irritated, dehydrated or overexposed to environmental stressors.
Rounding out the launch, Rejuran will debut a Sephora-exclusive mini set, offering shoppers a way to try the brand’s core formulas before committing to full sizes.
