Olivia Dean Named Hourglass Partner, Debuts Beauty Edit

Now, we know that Olivia Dean’s hit song “So Easy (To Fall In Love)” wasn’t written about the Hourglass Cosmetics cult-favorite concealer, but today, we’ll pretend it was (it is very easy to fall in love with it, after all). The British singer has been on a roll lately: She secured her first Grammy win for Best New Artist and multiple Brit Award wins in February, has an upcoming multi-country tour and, in beauty news, is the newest global brand partner of Hourglass Cosmetics.

“Partnering with Hourglass feels so instinctive,” says Dean. “I’ve been a fan for years and already used the products in my own routine. I’ve always loved the natural glow of their products and how skin-focused it is. Beauty is personal for me. I never want to look different, just more like myself on a good day—and that’s exactly what Hourglass gives me.”

To announce the campaign, Dean appears in a short cinematic clip recalling a love story while seated aboard the iconic European Belmond train. As it travels along its route, soft light flows through the windows, highlighting Dean’s glowing complexion. While she speaks, you can’t help but wonder which lip gloss she’s wearing (Hourglass, of course).

In addition to being the new face of the brand, Dean is curating a series of product capsules, the first of which is appropriately named The Olivia Dean Edit ($126). This first selection is built around formulas she relies on both on and off stage, including complexion must-haves Veil Hydrating Skin Tint ($49), Vanish Airbrush Concealer ($39) and the brand’s newest launch, Unreal Liquid Highlighter ($38).
