Bath & Body Works Candle Day 2025: Everything to Know

Now that most of the holiday leftovers have been cleared (save for that one forgotten slice of pie) and the Black Friday/Cyber Monday rush is officially behind us, it’s time for the unofficial holiday fans look forward to all season: Bath & Body Works’ Annual Candle Day. The brand’s biggest event of the year kicks off online at 10 p.m. ET on Thursday, December 4, and continues in stores from Friday through Sunday, December 5–7, offering shoppers the lowest price of the year on its beloved 3-wick candles.

Tomorrow, as Candle Day weekend kicks off, shoppers can score Bath & Body Works’ iconic 3-wick candles for the lowest price of the year: $9.95 each. This year’s lineup is especially stacked, with more than 180 candles on sale, including new releases, limited-edition drops and fan-favorite throwbacks. From quirky foodie pairings such as Coffee & Donuts and Chips & Salsa to seasonal staples like Fresh Balsam and Winter Candy Apple, the assortment is built for gifting, collecting and, of course, serious stockpiling.

One thing worth noting: Candle Day is big. According to an impressively precise stat shared by the Bath & Body Works team, last year alone, the number of 3-wick candles sold during the weekend could stretch roughly 1,700 miles if lined up end to end. (That’s Florida to Maine!) So yes, this event gets competitive. Stores open as early as 6 a.m. local time on Friday, and online shopping begins the night before, so consider this your friendly nudge to strategize your shopping game plan.
